1. Highlight Genesys Log Messages in TextPad

It's possible to configure the TextPad text editor to highlight key Genesys log messages to more easily perform log analysis and troubleshooting. Here is a zipped file including the syntax file and instructions on how to configure TextPad to use it:

2. Universal Routing Server (URS) Log Code List

In Genesys URS logs there are some cryptic codes which indicate which server application has generated a message and what type of message it is. These look like this "_M_I_00...". Here is a list of those codes:

4. Kazimir

Kazimir is a terrific log analysis tool created by a Genesys developer in his spare time. By the way, it's named in honor of a famous early 20th Century Russian Painter.
