Robert Beard & Associates offers Customer Interaction Management (CIM) consulting in North America.

Currently, Robert Beard spends about half his time as a contract trainer for Genesys Telecommunications Labs, headquartered in Daly City, California. Robert teaches Genesys CIM and SDK classes, including classes on Installation, Configuration and Management of Genesys Solutions as well as classes on Routing and Reporting.

In the first quarter of 2009 he taught Genesys Routing and Framework classes for Telmex in Mexico City, Viecore in New Jersey, Bank of America in Arizona and North Carolina, and BB&T in North Carolina.

On the consulting side, Robert is an experienced installer of Genesys software, and a builder of Inbound and Outbound Voice Applications. Robert has integrated Genesys applications with various telephone switches, IVRs and related equipment.
